Memorandum to CARAC (Coalition Against Racism and Apartheid on Campus) members. The memorandum says I thought you might be interested in the attached letter. Dave had contacted John about the possibility of these types of scholarships while John was still in Connecticut. The memorandum says in regards to the MSU Foundation's investments, I have talked with Larry Owen who is now on the Foundation Board. He asked for to Dade and said he would talk to Dade about it. The memorandum discusses the Michigan State University (MSU) Foundation, State News, and the Trustees.
