Leaflet on a symposium POST-APARTHEID SOUTH AFRICA at the University of Pittsburgh March 5th, 6th, and 7th, 1987 with a revised schedule. The leaflet says the open session will include the film "CHOOSING FOR JUSTICE"; a keynote address by Dr. Allan Boesak of the United Democratic Front (UDF); and Cameron Duodu, "South" magazine, London. People on the schedule include Ms. Nomonde Ngubo; Dr. Allan Isaacman, University of Minnesota; Dr. Mokobung Nkomo, University of North Carolina; Jonathan Jansen, Cornell University; Dr. James Turner, Cornell University; Dr. Ann Seidman, Brandeis University; Dr. Robert Seidman, Boston University; Dr. William Minter; Dr. Michael Yates, University of Pittsburgh; Dr. Vernon Domingo; Arthur Serota; Dr. David Hirschmann, American University; and Dr. Warren Day, UCLA. The leaflet says there will be a session "SOUTH AFRICA AND THE USA" (special session for high schools). The leaflet says workshops include EDUCATION IN POST-APARTHEID SOUTH AFRICA, POLITICAL ACTION AGAINST APARTHEID, SHEDDING THE WHITE MAN'S BURDEN, LABOR AFTER APARTHEID, and POST-APARTHEID SOCIETY. The leaflet says there will be a showing of the film "WITNESS TO APARTHEID". The leaflet says the co-sponsors are the Bicentennial Commission; the Black Action Society; the Office Of The Provost; Students For A Free South Africa; Pittsburghers Against Apartheid; the University Center For International Studies; the Graduate School Of Public And International Affairs; the Office Of Urban And Community Services; and the Department of Black Community Education Research and Development.
