Brochure to raise money for Emergency Relief to Angola (ERA), a division of the Africa Defense and Aid Fund of the American Committee on Africa. Established in early 1962, ERA provides medical relief to all Angolans affected by the revolt. This includes Angolans who fled the war and now live in poverty in the Congo and, if possible, those marooned in the midst of guerrilla war. The brochure says Dr. F. Ian Gilchrist went to the Congo in January 1963 and works at a clinic in Leopoldville, among other places.
