Text of a statement by Holden Roberto, President of the Union of the Populations of Angola. The statement discusses the liberation of African territories. Roberto discusses a recent horrendous massacre by Portugal in Angola. He also says the Union of the Populations of Angola was founded in 1954 in response to land being expropriated and given to Portuguese colonists and the use of Angolans as forced labor.
