The leaflet describes the goals of the Mozambican revolution as waging war against illiteracy, improving health conditions, promoting agricultural development, and establishing true democracy. To achieve these goals, FRELIMO relies on the political education of the Mozambican people. FRELIMO's Department of Information has asked the Committee for a Free Mozambique to help provide cameras and darkroom equipment for use in it broad programs of political education. This leaflet was issued after the coup in Portugal but before Mozambique’s independence. It includes a quotation from Samora Machel, President of FRELIMO on September 20, 1974.
