This document outlines tasks related the campaign against bank loans to South Africa corporations that invest in South Africa including: March 21 demonstration; a university campaign; legislative approach (state level); regional responsibilities; annual meeting protests/shareholder resolutions at Motorola, Citicorp, First National Bank and Continental Bank; legislative approach (national); monitoring Chicago/Illinois press; and educational outreach. The legislative approach (national) includes Export-Import Bank, bills prohibiting new investment in South Africa (Solarz, etc.), cutting tax credits for businesses doing business in South Africa, cutting nuclear trading of technology, and pressure on the Carter Administration re stances at United Nations. [Note on date: This document appears to be tasks related to a March 21, 1978 demonstration (see other documents); Carter became President in January 1977.]
