Leaflet announcing that a ship, the Santos Vega, is scheduled to dock for unloading at the Burnside, Louisiana terminal on the Mississippi river. The cargo is 25,000 tons of chrome ore from Rhodesia (Zimbabwe) being imported in the United States in violation of mandatory United Nations sanctions against Rhodesia. The leaflet mentions Foote Company and Union Carbide. The Black community in Louisiana must register a complaint. All are encouraged to join a public demonstration at the Burnside docks.
