December 4 meeting: Visit of Bishop Ralph Dodge, a Methodist churchman who has been carrying out his Rhodesian work from Zambia. Gail Morlan's speaking tour in the spring. The committee decided on the name of its publication. ACOA's Human Rights Day Dance. The ACOA is moving to a new location on Dec. 26. December 11 meeting: Bob talked about actions by the U.S. Senate and House about how much to appropriate for the U.N. Trust Fund for South Africa. The committee assigned responsibility for maintaining contact with denominations' missionary boards in the Interchurch Center. The World Student Christian Federation will make a final decision to withdraw its 50-year old account from the First National City Bank in January. UCM will hold a week-long conference on International Economic Development. The African-American Institute is re-evaluating its scholarship programs for South African students. SAC should look into the "status problems" of southern African political refugees in this country. A subcommittee was appointed to plan the itinerary of the South Africans who come to Cleveland Week at the end of this year.
