For several years, the Reverend Michael Scott, Director of the Africa Bureau in London, has come to the United Nations as a petitioner representing several tribes of Southwest Africa. He will be returning to England within a few days. A small gathering with Michael Scott will be held on January 11; tea will be served and Scott will say a few words on the situation at the United Nations about South and Southwest Africa. The Committee and the International League for the Rights of Man are each inviting a few people. [Note: The top of the copy of the mailing this PDF was made from is torn.]
