The mailing says the meeting will he held at the Weikart’s. The mailing says bring some food and drinks. The mailing says the agenda is 1) Resolving problems about the next meeting 2) Problem of letter to write to a number of people who have written us 3) What to do with financial arrangements? 4) International mailing? 5) Brainstorming about future program. The mailing says we have had a good response of about 40 people and approximately $250 which ought to increase by the time we meet; we have some pledges, mostly contributions and those asking for addition information; it would help if you did two things for this meeting 1) take a little time and think about form letters we might send out (draw up a sample) for our monthly mailings 2) and bring a list of your friends who might be interested and have not yet received mailings.
