Copy of a letter to Dr. Alexander Heard, Chancellor of Vanderbilt University, from the International Campaign Against Racism in Sport and the South African Non-Racial Olympic Committee protesting against the proposed Davis Cup match between the United States and the team for the racist South African Tennis Association. A sports event that encourages racism in sport would dishonor your campus. The letter seeks to speak on behalf of millions of Blacks in South Africa who are voiceless and voteless in the land of their birth are unable to make this appeal.
