Brochure on the National Student Coalition Against Racism says NSACR is a group of students and young people determined to build a movement that can defeat racism. NSCAR's first activists organized student participation in the December 14, 1974 national march in Boston protesting attacks on Black school children. NSCAR is mounting a campaign in the U.S. to support Black majority rule in southern Africa. Over 360 U.S. corporations invest in South Africa, including Chrysler, Firestone, Ford, General Electric, General Motors, IBM, Mobil, Texaco, Goodyear, 3M, Caterpillar and Standard of California. • NASCAR’S HISTORY • MEANING OF ATTACKS ON BUSING • THE STRUGGLE FOR BLACK RULE IN SOUTHERN AFRICA • BUILDING A MOVEMENT TO END U.S. COMPLICITY WITH APARTHEID • NASCAR'S STRATEGY TO WIN
