Invitation to the premier showing of the documentary film, "Angola: The Struggle Continues," on September 12, 1988 at the Martin Luther King Memorial Library. There will also be a slide presentation about Angola and talk by Damu Smith, Executive Director of the Washington Office on Africa Educational Fund (WOAEF), who recently returned from Angola. Angola is under attack by the National Union for the Total Independence of Angola (UNITA) and South Africa. UNITA, an organization led by Jonas Savimbi, is also funded by the United States. Members of the slide and video crews who met the Angolan civilian amputees who have suffered under UNITA will attend to answer questions.
