Leaflet advertising two events. 1. "PEOPLE'S POWER IN ANGOLA" (A SLIDE SHOW). Ole Gjerstad, member of Liberation Support Movement, spent two months in Luanda, capital of the new People's Republic of Angola; he will show slides and speak about his experiences in the liberated areas with the Angolan people. 2. DISCUSSION WITH THE MPLA. On Feb. 26 and 27, a group of North American progressives met in Havana, Cuba, with a delegation from the MPLA; Larry Holmes, member of the National Committee of Workers World Party and the Third World Caucus of Youth Against War and Fascism, and Lance Pustin, member of the National Committee of Prairie Fire Organizing Committee, will report on this meeting. The leaflet says come to a public meeting and hail the victory of the People's Republic of Angola over U.S. imperialism, neocolonialism and South African apartheid.
