The minutes say those present were Mike Miller, Jerry Hunnicutt, Linda and Craig Anderson, Bill Clifford and Patricia Donohue (guest). The minutes say it was agreed that Linda should design and execute a postcard addressed to the state house in Pretoria and demanding the release of Nelson Mandela; SLCAA members will present copies of the post cards to their friends and associates and upon receipt of 50¢ have such friend or associate sign the card; SLCAA will affix international postage and mail the cards. The minutes say on July 18 SLCAA will sponsor a demonstration to begin at the Federal Courthouse at 4 pm. The demonstration will proceed from 5th and Madison to the IBM Building to the Market. This us a Monday afternoon. Jerry, Mike, Patricia, Linda and Bill divided up a list of co-sponsors to invite to an organizational meeting at CAMP, 18th & Columbia, on Wednesday July 6 at 7:30 PM.
