Memorandum seeking approval from the Trustees of The Africa Fund for grants to the Mozambique Institute, a clinic serving Angolans in Zambia near the Angolan border, and Solidarity Hospital at Boke in the border with Guinea-Bissau. The Fund has again received about $20,000 from the American Freedom From Hunger Foundation for various programs in Africa; these funds come primarily from Walks for Development in communities around the country. The memorandum mentions the Boavida Hospital at Mtwara in southern Tanzania, the Bagamoyo Secondary School, Janet Mondlane, and the Medical Assistance Service of the MPLA.
