by Southern Africa Network-ELCA
Chicago, Illinois, United States
Undated, early 1993?
Leaflet on the continuing apartheid system and violence in South Africa, despite recent press coverage of reforms. The leaflet says the white minority government and its surrogates, such as the Inkatha Freedom Party, continue to attack the ANC and other democratic forces. The leaflet include seven suggestions for action: educate yourself and others on the situation in South Africa; challenge misleading coverage of South Africa in the mainstream media; join local anti-apartheid organizations; form a sister community; keep the pressure on the apartheid government through your local, state and federal governments, colleges and religious institution; fight racism in the USA; and join the Southern Africa Network.
