Call to Conscience Network
Postcard to State Coordinators of CTC (Call to Conscience Network) including Anson Chong of the Hawaii Committee for Africa. Herman says he wanted to alert people that South African troops have been moved to the Mozambican border; their presence may be just an attempt to threaten the Mozambicans, but there is the outside chance that they will launch an attack against Mozambique; if this occurs, we need to be in some state of readiness; you probably ought to alert the state coordinators, and urge them to alert the locals. [Note on date: the post office post mark is October 16, 1986.]
