The mailing says I have been in touch with both Chairs of the Call to Conscience National Steering Committee, they have indicated that there will almost certainly be a National Call made for the 16th of June, Soweto Day; the Call group of the National Steering Committee is meeting in Washington, DC on May 26th to most of the Call group and the Steering Committee members and they feel that a Call is probable; I only stress this as probable because during the last Call, the most often voiced concern was that people did not have enough time to respond; this time we will be in much better shape. The mailing says I also wanted to urge you to send your suggestions about the form that the Call should take to your regional or state contact person, who then will forward it to me or to one of the chairs.
