Memorandum presumable sent by mail to Call to Conscience Regional and State Coordinator from Jerry Herman. The mailing says I wanted to be sure you had some of the names of the young people who have been arrested in case the network is activated to send Christmas cards to your Congressional Representatives which would include the name and age of some of the young people who are being held in South African prisons; in addition to the name and age of the youngster would go a strong call for the enactment of a strong and comprehensive sanctions bill against South Africa. The mailing says it is my sense that the call is probably going to be made; if I am right· then you will have some of the names and I will send another and longer list. The mailing says the CTC co-chairs are Avel Gordly and Venita Vinson. The mailing includes the name, age and hometown of people in prisons including Duma Solomon, 13, Carltonville;  Zwelyikile Jonas, 17, Hartebeesfonteein;  Peter Kholoane, 16, Soweto;  Joseph Mabala, 12, Daveyton; Ellen Makosa, 14, Kagiso;  Mzula Mavvuso, 14, Thokoza;  Dominic Mogoanyane, 16, Orkney; Adolphus Monyane, 16, Soweto; James Seitie, 12, ?; Stomto Setei, 11, Parys; and Moses Tsenetsi, 12, Zereeniging.
