The mailing says South African Prime Minister P.W. Botha and Foreign Minister Roelof F. (Pik) Botha have been invited by British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher to a "working luncheon" in London on 2 June. Chancellor Helmut Kohl of the Federal Republic of Germany (FRG) will host his South Africa counterpart in Bonn on June 5-6. The mailing asks whether an invitation from President Ronald Reagan will follow. The mailing discusses Secretary of State Cyrus Vance, Jimmy Carter, a terror list, Secretary of State George Shultz, SWAPO, the Orderly Movement and Settlement of Black Persons bill, the Aliens and Immigration Laws Amendment bill, apartheid, Black Sash, Sheena Duncan, police funding, and homelands (bantustans).
