Press release announcing that guerilla leader Jose Condesse of the Popular Movement for the Liberation of Angola (MPLA), known by his guerilla name as Commander Y. Toka, will speak on July 29 in the University of Washington Hub Auditorium. The press release says Toka's appearance in Seattle will inaugurate a Northwest tour arranged by the Seattle Branch of the Liberation Support Movement. Toka, Commander of the Third Region of Eastern Angola, has just attended the World Youth Assembly convened by the United Nations in New York.
