The meeting on June 13, 1991 will have two parts: an update about the struggle in South Africa and a speaker from the African National Congress (ANC) and work on writing a curriculum for pre-school children through adults. The leaflet advertises a picket and rally on SOWETO (South African Youth) DAY at the South African Consulate in New York on June 17. The leaflet includes photographs of Nelson Mandela and of a demonstration outside the Treason Trial court in December 1956. The leaflet includes the slogan “Keep the Pressure On.”
