Leaflet advertising a march and rally at Faneuil Hall on for the victory of the MPLA in Angola and to stop the U.S. and South African intervention. Slogans on the leaflet are: Victory to the MPLA and Stop US-South African Intervention. The leaflet says ASSEMBLE at Boston Common, MARCH through Government Center, RALLY at Faneuil Hall. The leaflet says speakers will discuss: the history of the Angolan liberation struggle; the present military and political situation in Angola; reasons for U.S. involvement and its extent, and messages of solidarity. The leaflet list members of the Angola Solidarity Coalition: African Students for Angolan Liberation, Boston Community School, Boston Committee for Panamanian Sovereignty, Cambridge Tenants Organizing Committee, Committee for Palestinians in New England, Eritreans for Liberation in North America, Friends of the Filipino People, Forward March, Guardian, International Socialists, Massachusetts Alliance against Racist and Political Repression, New American Movement, Prairie Fire Organizing Committee, Southern Africa Solidarity Committee, Somerville Tenants Union, Youth Against War and Fascism, Young Workers Liberation League, and Women's International League for Peace and Freedom.
