Student pickets from Union Theological Seminaryand the University Christian Movement returned to the Interchurch Center commending the decision of the Methodist Board of Mission to withdraw a $10 million account from First National City Bank if it renews a pending credit agreement with the South African government, made by the executive committee on September 27. The picketers also urged the Presbyterians’ Commission on Ecumenical Mission and Relations, the United Church of Christ and the National Council of Churches to follow suit.
