Poster on the killing of a large number of Namibian refugees in Kassinga, Angola by the South African army in May 1978; part of the photographic exhibition "Kassinga File" compiled by Gaetano Pagano. The poster produced by the International University Exchange Fund (IUEF) which was based in Geneva, Switzerland. The poster was printed in London by Stanhope Press in 1978. The poster is a collage of color photographs and articles, at least some of which are from the South Africa Army magazine, Paratus. On May 4, 1978, the South African army made an airborne attack on a South West Africa People's Organization (SWAPO) refugee camp and military base at Kassinga, Angola, 150 north of the border with Namibia. Size: 23 x 16 inches. [Notes: Kassinga is also spelled Cassinga.]
