South African soldiers are refusing to serve in an army which, to maintain apartheid, is waging an ever escalating war against its own black population and against neighboring countries. The killings of hundreds of students in Soweto and of hundreds of refugees in Angola are just two examples of the atrocities recently committed by the S.A. military. Mike Morgan is a white South African who deserted the S.A. army in early 1978. He will give an inside account of the operations of the South African Defense Force and will speak of the plight of was resisters faced with the death penalty under South African law.
