The letter opens with a quotation from the 1968 New Year's message from the Central Committee to FRELIMO militants. The letter notes that CFM has contributed over $1,000 to FRELIMO and reports that CFM plans to produce a large number of posters and buttons publicizing the struggle in Mozambique.
