Pamphlet on how to research a bank's possible involvement in making loans to South Africa. This pamphlet says the figure for the current value of U.S. bank loans to South Africa is $2.2 billion. Over $770 million was loaned to South Africa - much of this to the government or its agencies - in 1976 alone! It is important for us to obtain as much factual information about these loans and other ways in which U.S. banks prop up the South African apartheid, racist regime (such as the sale of the Krugerrand coin) as possible. An obvious was for us to get information is directly from the bank concerned. Some suggested questions to banks.
