Leaflet advertising event with two speakers: Michael Morgan, a 23-year-old who deserted from the South African Army after witnessing atrocities in the Namibia war zone, founder of So. African war resisters group in London, and co-editor of OMKEER, the first S.A. war resisters' underground newspaper; and Don Morton, Methodist minister and South Africa exile, staff coordinator for South African Military Refugee Aid Fund. The leaflet says South African was resisters in London, most of whom fled military call-up this past summer, joined other southern Africa solidarity groups in protesting the showing of the file The Wild Geese which glorifies the role of mercenaries in Africa.
