Report of the Campaign's activities during 1980 focused on pressuring Riggs National Bank to change its community investment and foreign lending policies by making a case to the Comptroller of the Currency, the regulartory agency overseeing the bank. The Comptroller's office contacting the Campaign for its input because of the Campaign's public protests of the bank's practices.
