Pearl T. Robinson will speak at the meeting of the Boston Pan-African Forum (BPAF) on May 5, 1999 at the Harriet Tubman House. Robinson is a professor in the Department of Political Science, Director of the International Program, and an adjunct faculty member at the Fletcher School of Diplomacy at Tufts University. She will discuss the recent elections in Nigeria and what she witnessed as part of the Election Monitoring team.  Robinson is a former president of the TransAfrica Forum and is currently a Senior Advisor to the BPAF. She is co-author of the recently published book, “Stabilizing Nigeria: Sanctions, Incentives and Support for Civil Society.”
