Invitation to an event on April 13, 1988 with a delegation from the Organization of African Unity (OAU) including The Honorable Luke Mwananshiku, Foreign Minister of Zambia; Major General I.O.S. Nwachukwu, Foreign Minister of Nigeria; The Honorable Silvino Da Luz, Foreign Minister of Cape Verde; and The Honorable Ide Oumarou (Niger), Secretary General of the OAU. The delegation will be accompanied by their Ambassadors to the United States: H.E. Nalumino Mundia, of Zambia; H.E. Hamzat Ahmadu, of Nigeria; H.E. Jose Luis Fernandes Lopes, of Cape Verde (Dean of the African Diplomatic Corps); and H.E. Oumarou Youssoufou, Permanent Representative of the OAU to the United Nations. The invitation says R.S.V.P. to the African-American Institute.
