Washington, Chaired by Charles Stott, Director, AFL-CIO Region 1, and Margaret Blackshere, Secretary-Treasurer, Illinois State AFL-CIO. The mailing says admission will be from 5:45 to 6: 15 pm at the west entrance of the building; your ticket will get you by the security at the adjacent parking lot which has been reserved for your convenience; no one will be admitted to the meeting without a special ticket; there are no extra tickets; security will be tight. The mailing says this meeting has been arranged to thank the unions which are contributing $5,000 and the Co-Chairs of the Illinois Labor Network Against Apartheid; it is an opportunity to hear from Nelson Mandela in a small setting and to get a few photographs.
