Leaflet advertising a Soweto Day Demonstration on June 16 at the South African Consulate in Chicago organized by the Illinois Labor Network Against Apartheid and the Chicago Committee in Solidarity with Southern Africa. Union members are urged to join this action, with their union banners and jackets. The event commemorates the 12th anniversary of the Soweto massacre in South Africa. Demands on the leaflet are freedom for all political prisoners (especially the release of Moses Mayekiso, General Secretary of the National Union of Metalworkers of South Africa), and passage by the U.S. Congress of Comprehensive Sanctions (S.556/H.R.1580).
