Memorandum to members of the Steering Committee of the Philadelphia Coalition to Stop Rhodesian Imports from the Chair of the Reorganization Committee. The memo begins with a reminder of the success the Coalition and longshoremen have had in stopping a great deal of Rhodesian materials from being unloaded in Philadelphia. The memo describes problems that need to be resolved and proposes ways to address them: 1) develop a political statement of unity and purpose with an analysis of the struggle, 2) develop a strategy for work with longshoremen, 3) develop strategy in relation to the broader community, 4) develop a strategy in relation to the Philadelphia working class, and 5) develop an organizational structure for implementing these decisions.
