The report summarizes the criteria and political concerns that lead to a focus of work to support the Patriotic Front politically and with material aid. Objectives of the campaign would include: 1. show visible support for the Patriotic Front and visible opposition to the internal settlement regime; 2. expose how corporations, banks and the media are partners in crime against the people of Zimbabwe; 3. expose how these institutions also oppress people locally; 4. expose the tactics of changing the color of the power without changing the system being used by both Rhodesia and the US; 5. Expose how the same people who work against D. C. statehood and adequate services also support the Smith regime; 6. Raise what lifting U.N. sanctions will mean if the U.S. has other means to deliver military and political support to Rhodesia. Among the proposed targets are Riggs National Bank, Roy Rogers (part of the Marriot Corporation, whose owners are close to right-wing supporters of Ian Smith in the U.S.), and the Washington Post.  Tasks that need to be investigated to develop the campaign are listed.
