Mailing including a cover letter, a leaflet and a registration form. The cover letter says the People's Front for the Liberation of Southern Africa (a student anti-apartheid organization at Princeton University) and the New Jersey Coalition of Black Student Organizations will be sponsoring the second annual "Run for Liberation" in Princeton on November 10, 1979. The jog-a-thon aims to raise funds for humanitarian aid of the liberation struggles in southern Africa and the anti-apartheid/anti-racist activities of PFLSA and NJCBSO. Each runner is asked to get sponsors who pledge to donate a minimum of 25 cents per mile he or she covers on the course. The course is 11 miles, the distance from Soweto to Johannesburg. The mailing also asks recipients to sponsor the person writing the letter. The RUN FOR SOUTHERN AFRICA LIBERATION leaflet lists the sponsors as PFLSA, NJCBSO, International Freedom Mobilization, and ACCESS.
