The brochure says the Seattle Coalition Against Apartheid condemns the system of apartheid and white minority rule in South Africa, opposes the policy of constructive engagement being pursued by the U.S. government, opposes South Africa’s illegal occupation of Namibia, and supports all efforts in the City of Seattle and State of Washington to oppose apartheid consistent with the principles of unity and the principles of nonviolence. The brochure discusses Desmond Tutu, Nelson Mandela, Winnie Mandela, the South African Consulate, and divestment. The brochure includes a quote by Martin Luther King.
