The leaflet says that Students for a Democratic Society (SDS) began a campaign in spring 1968 to persuade Cornell University to sells its stock in banks that were part of a consortium that came to the aid of the South Africa regime following the Sharpeville massacre in 1960. A resolution to this effect was rejected by the Cornell Board of Trustees, with only one vote in support. The leaflet reports on the 11 Cornell Trustees who serve as directors of various corporations investing in South Africa.
