This educational leaflet describes South African repression in Namibia and the role of the U.S. in blocking Namibia’s independence. It criticizes the U.S. policy of linking Namibia’s independence with the removal of Cuban troops from Angola and argues that the U.S. should support the United Nations plan for a constitutional convention and U.N.-supervised elections.
