This letter to the editor of the Seattle Times urges action on two policy issues: humanitarian aid for victims of the drought in southern, particularly in Zimbabwe, and cutting off all aid to South Africa. The letter explains the violence that Renamo has brought to Mozambique with the backing of South Africa.
