The leaflet calls for support of H. 6098 and H. 5371, bills that would stop Massachusetts state agencies from buying goods and services from companies doing business in South Africa or Namibia. The bills have passed the House, and people were asked to write Senator Patricia McGovern, Chair, Senate Ways & Means Committee; Senate President William Bulger; and their own State Senator urging passage by the Senate. The leaflet includes a partial list of endorsers. The back of the leaflet has Selective Purchase Bill, H. 6098: Questions and Answers.
