This description of the Coalition explains that it has three member organizations - the Southern Africa Solidarity Committee and the Boston branches of the African National Congress and International Socialists – plus individual members. It identifies recent activities, including opposing Merrill Lynch sales of Krugerrand gold coins, campaigning against First National Bank of Boston regarding South African loans and its policies in some Boston neighborhoods, an anti-apartheid rally, and a project to collect clothing for a Zimbabwe Patriotic Front camp in Mozambique. The document probably was written for the national Coalition for the Liberation of Southern Africa.
